These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Compare Parking Prices (the Company) and its customers. By using this website and completing a booking, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and those set forth by your chosen service provider.

Introduction

• Compare Parking Prices is a booking agent and comparison platform that connects customers with independent parking service providers.
• Our role is to make the booking process straightforward and transparent, offering information to help you choose the right option.
• Responsibility for parking services rests with the service provider you select. Compare Parking Prices does not own, operate, or control any parking services and does not assume responsibility for any loss, damage, or issues arising from services provided by third parties.

Bookings

• Customers should review all relevant service provider terms and conditions before booking. For questions, please contact us.
• Your booking is confirmed when you receive a reference number by email. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us promptly.
• All bookings are non-transferable and subject to availability. If a service provider cannot fulfill a booking, we will issue a refund, although Compare Parking Prices cannot be held liable for any further costs
• Please bring your booking confirmation when you travel to help the service provider verify your booking.
• We offer special rates through Mystery or Saver products, with car park details provided only after booking. Consider suitability before booking, as these options may not meet all individual preferences.

Prices and Payments

• All prices are in GBP and cover pre-booking services. Booking fees are non-refundable.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party providers, so the payment processor's name may appear on your bank or card statement.
• Some service providers may apply extra fees, such as for terminal parking, extended parking, or larger vehicles. Please check your booking confirmation for these potential charges.
• If a VAT receipt is required, we can obtain this from the relevant service provider, as the Company acts solely as a booking agent.

Amendments and Cancellations

• Cancellations are permitted up to 48 hours before the drop-off time, subject to a £ 15 administration fee unless cancellation cover was purchased. Certain discounted /non flexible bookings or special rates (such as Mystery products) may not be eligible for cancellations or changes.
• This optional cancellation cover allows a refund (minus booking fees and add-ons) up to 48 hours before your booking.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the drop-off time, or no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund.
• Any changes to pick-up times after drop-off should be coordirnated directly with the service provider, as they are subject to availability and may incur fees.

Service Provider Terms

• By making a booking through Compare Parking Prices, you agree to the terms of both the Company and your chosen service provider. The service provider is responsible for all service delivery and for meeting the service standards they advertise.
• Vehicles must be roadworthy. Service providers may transfer vehicles between compounds for security or operational purposes. These compounds may not offer identical features; any specific requirements should be discussed directly with the provider.
• Service providers may charge for extended stays or larger vehicles, independent of Compare Parking Prices.
• Compare Parking Prices does not endorse, inspect, or guarantee the standards or security practices of any service provider. Listings are based on information provided by service providers, and customers should verify details with the provider directly.

Insurance and Liability

• Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk, and the Company is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or contents. We strongly recommend not leaving valuables in the vehicle and encourage customers to obtain suitable insurance to cover their vehicles while with the service provider.
• Service providers are expected to maintain appropriate insurance for their operations; however, Compare Parking Prices does not verify or guarantee the terms or adequacy of their policies. Customers should contact the service provider directly for details on insurance coverage.
• Our role as a booking agent means our responsibility is limited to losses arising from errors in processing bookings. For issues such as vehicle damage, theft, or delays in service, please contact the service provider directly. Compare Parking Prices does not accept liability for any losses related to vehicle handling by the service provider.

Limitation of Liability

• Compare Parking Prices is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as additional travel costs or missed enjoyment. To fully protect your trip, consider personal travel insurance.
• The Company's liability for any claims is limited to the cost of the booking, in line with UK consumer law and fair trading practices.

Customer Complaints

• If you experience issues with the parking service, please contact the service provider and include relevant documentation, such as photographs. We are happy to assist where possible, but responsibility for resolving service-related issues rests with the provider.

Data Privacy

• Your personal data is used only for booking purposes and is not shared with third parties except for booking and payment processing.
